Wellbeing Concern Category - Hide but not delete

The option to hide a concern that will still pull through to a report, but will no longer be used in the system against current students. At the moment the only option is to delete which then stops the report pulling the informatin through.

Document preview window when entering debit notes

It would be really helpful for the document preview window to be available when entering debit notes as it is when entering invoices. Currently you need the document on a separate screen to have the information available to enter.
