This would be useful if we could do bulk refund of deposits held for leavers- especially at the end of the year when we have lots of Year 13s leaving. This was something we could do as a bulk thing when we used PASS Thanks

Please address this urgently. The leaver's process, which used to take us just one week in PASS, now takes us 3 weeks.
I agree, it feels as thought the leaver's process has not been thought through at all. I also set up a separate cycle for leaver's, however, this does not help with reversing the deposits onto the bills, cancelling the DDs or processing the refund of credit balances onto the bank account - all of which take a ridiculous amount of time.
I can't believe this has not been implemented yet, we had this issue last year and it created so much extra work....PASS had this function, so why does not iSams?

This is the most time consuming exercise. It was so easy to do in PASS.

PASS also had the facility to do the Leavers invoices separately
