When sending an SMS via the iTeacher app, when you select the pupils, for those who have a contact of combined "Parents" it only sends the SMS to one of the parents (I'm guessing this is only going to the primary and not the secondary). When we select "Parents" we would expect it to send to BOTH parents and would like this feature to be improved to support this.
You can delete this idea. I submitted it. The functionality does communicate to both parents. It was either a user error on my part or a blip in the system when I tested this functionality.
